Sagepay is Simplyfair's preferred online payment method. Sagepay provide a secure, encrypted gateway between the vendor and the bank. It enables people to purchase products online with the knowledge that their credit card details will be secure.

All of the Sagepay solutions use high levels of encryption. Sagepay has been audited and approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks which require Sagepay to adhere to all APACS standards.
Sagepay have also been audited and accredited under the Visa Account Information Security (AIS) Sagepay can process Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Switch.

When ordering from outside of the U.K., and you don't have a card that is registered in the U.K. you may encounter problems, if so, please select send credit card details separately at payment section and fax your card details to us on 0191 266 0489 and we will process your payment for you.

Alternatively, you can use Paypal which is also one of the most secure and highly respected payment services available today.

Your card information never comes to our site or onto our computers, it resides on a Paypal server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Your card information is automatically encrypted in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Paypal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is completely hidden from unauthorised sources.

When you place an order you will be given the choice of which method to use. Once you have entered all your deliver details you will be forwarded to the payment provider secure website which will handle the financial transaction. Processing your credit/debit card details on their website ensures that this information is handled using the latest security measures and your details are protected at all times. No credit card details will be taken or held by Simplyfair.

Payments by Invoice

Companies wishing to set up an account with us should download the Credit Application Form PDF . Right click on the link and 'Save Target As' which will allow you to save the PDF to your computer. Complete page 1 and fax back to us on 0191 266 0489

Our credit terms are 30 days. Failure to comply with our credit terms will result in your account being suspended and we will exercise our statutory right to claim interest on late payments and compensation for debt recovery costs.

BACS is our preferred method of payment however company cheques will also be accepted, We will charge £20 for any returned or re-presented cheques.
