Ingredients: Oats (46%), Vegetable Margarine (Palm Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, Cocos Oil, Sunflower Oil, Water, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Citric Acid), Fairtrade Invert Syrup (20%), Fairtrade Sugar (9%)

Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Non GM. No hydrogenated fats. No added salt.
Product contains Gluten and Soya. May contains traces of nuts and sesame seeds.
