The cocoa beans and cane sugar in this product are sourced from grower co-operatives in Latin America, Africa and the Caribbean.

Ingredients:
Fairtrade Cane Sugar (60%), Fairtrade Cocoa (40% minimum).

Directions:
Add 3 heaped teaspoons to a mug and mix with a little milk to form a smooth paste. Add hot milk or, if using a microwave, add cold milk and microwave for approx 2 minutes. Stir well, relax and enjoy.
