Day Chocolate pays a fair price for the cocoa supplied by the Kuapa Kokoo farmer's co-operative in Ghana, and an additional premium which is used by the farmers to improve their living and working conditions.

Ingredients:
Fairtrade sugar, Fairtrade Cocoa Butter, Dried Cream, Fairtrade Cocoa Mass, Whole Milk Powder, Fairtrade Coffee (3%), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin (non GM), Real Vanilla. Cocoa Solids 27% minimum. Milk Solids 20% minimum. Fairtrade ingredients 86%.

May contain traces of nuts and gluten.
