Day Chocolate pays a fair price for the cocoa supplied by the Kuapa Kokoo farmer's co-operative in Ghana, and an additional premium which is used by the farmers to improve their living and working conditions.

Fairtrade Cocoa Mass, Fairtrade Sugar, Currants 12%, Fairtrade Cocoa Butter, Chopped Almonds, Butterfat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin (not GM), Real Vanilla. Cocoa Solids minimum 68%. Fairtrade ingredients 77%.

May contain traces of nuts, milk and gluten.
