Day Chocolate pays a fair price for the cocoa supplied by the Kuapa Kokoo farmer's co-operative in Ghana, and an additional premium which is used by the farmers to improve their living and working conditions.

Fairtrade sugar, Fairtrade Cocoa Butter, Dried Cream, Fairtrade Cocoa Mass, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin (non GM), Real Vanilla. Cocoa Solids 27% minimum. Milk Solids 20% minimum. Fairtrade ingredients 83%.
