Day Chocolate pays a fair price for the cocoa supplied by the Kuapa Kokoo farmer's co-operative in Ghana, and an additional premium which is used by the farmers to improve their living and working conditions.

Ingredients:
Fairtrade Sugar, Fairtrade Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Whey Powder, Butterfat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin (non GM), Real Vanilla. Cocoa Solids 26% minimum. Milk Solids 20% minimum. Fairtrade ingredients 73%.

May contain traces of nuts and gluten.
