The apricots are grown and dried by farmers in the Hunza Valley in Pakistan. Tropical Wholefoods have spent several years working with the Dried Fruit Project to develop their quality systems and drying techniques. The honey which binds the product is harvested from the Northern West of Zambia by the Kabompo Beekeepers Cooperative.

The bar also contains Oats, Puffed Rice and a little Sunflower Oil, with no added sugar or hydrogenated fats.
