This is a high quality cranberry cordial made with 35% juice. The best cranberries grow in acidic boggy conditions where they ripen to give a mouth puckering intense red juice that is far too bitter to drink neat. They need some sweetness to be palatable and our recipe marries Scandinavian cranberries with organic sugar to give a lovely cordialwith rich cranberry character.
