Also known as Adzuki Beans or Azuki Beans, these Organic, fairly traded Aduki Beans are cultivated for thousands of years in China and Japan.
Full of B Vitamins, Calcium, complex Carbohydrates, Iron, Fibre and Protein, they have a sweet, nutty flavour and are fantastic when added to stews casseroles and salads.
Directions for use: Wash and soak overnight in cold water. Rinse and boil in unsalted water for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
